Frequently Asked Questions

Does my property need to be let?

No. Our presence is available whether you let your property or not — it adapts to your situation.

How often do you visit?

The frequency is agreed with you, based on your property’s characteristics and your needs. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all package.

Can I keep my usual service providers?

Yes. We coordinate the people you already work with (cleaning, gardening, technical maintenance) — there’s no need to change anyone.

Can you prepare the house before I arrive?

Yes, according to whatever we’ve agreed together.

Do you only work with large properties?

No. What we offer is defined by the characteristics and needs of each individual home.

Are you there when I'm at the property myself?

Yes, whenever you need us for a particular task or to coordinate something.

Who collects the rental income if I let my property?

You do, directly. We don’t hold a French real estate agent’s licence (a carte professionnelle, or “carte G,” required in France to handle client funds), and we never collect money on your behalf. Our support with seasonal letting is provided without ever handling your rental income.

Are you our employees?

No. We work with you under a service agreement, invoiced by our company — not an employment contract. You remain the full owner of your property, and there’s no employer-employee relationship between us.

How many properties do you support at the same time?

Just one. We don’t work for several property owners at once: our presence is entirely dedicated to a single home.

Is this a one-off arrangement, or a long-term commitment?

We’re settling here for the long term, with the intention of building a relationship of trust over several years — not taking on a temporary assignment.
