If you let your property Support with seasonal lettings and guest services, under a service agreement — without ever handling your rental income.
A possible tax advantage — for French tax residents
Some services may qualify under the French Services à la Personne scheme.
As a registered Services à la Personne provider, certain one-off services carried out on your behalf — such as errands or personal household tasks — may entitle you to a 50% tax credit against French income tax.
This advantage is only available to individuals who are tax residents in France, and applies solely to eligible services — it doesn’t extend to our support as a whole, and in particular doesn’t cover property management or seasonal letting support. If you are not a French tax resident, this scheme won’t apply to you.
