You're the owner. We're your presence on the ground.

A well cared-for home is a home someone genuinely looks after.

When you’re far away, you need to know your home is being watched over, that its systems are working, that any work is followed up on, and that someone can be there in person whenever a situation calls for it.

That’s exactly our role.

We’re looking for a single property in Charente-Maritime to settle at long-term, in a dedicated dwelling.

That way, your home benefits from a daily human presence — discreet and attentive.

A presence built around your home

Every home is different.

Its surroundings, its systems, its quirks, and above all your own habits, are all unique to it.

So we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all package.

We build your support together with you, based on your property and how you want it looked after.

Our goal isn’t to do everything in your place.

Our goal is that you no longer need to worry about what needs doing when you’re not there.

Presence & Oversight

Someone is keeping watch.

Because we’re based on-site, your home doesn’t have to rely on occasional visits alone.

We can provide regular oversight of the property and its systems:

  • general check of the house
  • opening and closing the shutters
  • collecting the mail
  • checking the heating and everyday systems
  • checks after bad weather
  • watering as needed
  • general watch over the grounds
  • flagging any issue
  • a report whenever you’d like to be kept informed

You know someone is keeping watch.

Your service providers stay your service providers

Already have a gardener, a pool maintenance company, a cleaner, a tradesperson or other professionals you trust?

We’re not looking to replace them.

We become your point of contact on the ground.

We can make their visits easier, be there in person when needed, take in a delivery, or oversee a job while you’re away.

You keep your own arrangements.

We take care of the link.

And if something unexpected happens?

An alert, a leak, a breakdown, a window left open after a storm, a technical problem…

From a distance, a small issue can quickly become a source of worry.

Being on-site means we can check what’s happening, keep you informed, and act when needed, working with the relevant professionals.

You’re kept informed.

You decide.

We’re there to handle the on-the-ground response.

Before you arrive

Coming back after several weeks or months away?

Your home can be prepared ahead of your arrival, based on your habits and requests.

We can, among other things:

  • check that everything is working properly
  • open up the house
  • prepare the rooms
  • take care of certain errands or supplies
  • check the grounds
  • coordinate any last visits from service providers
  • arrange the services you’d like

You arrive. Your home is ready.

During your stay

Our role doesn’t stop once you arrive.

If you’d like, we can support you as needed with organising your stay:

  • booking or coordinating services
  • arranging local experiences
  • deliveries or supplies
  • service providers’ visits
  • special requests

Always with the same principle:

you enjoy your home, we handle the rest whenever you need us to.

If you let your property

Is your home sometimes a second home and sometimes a seasonal rental? We can support you with that side of things too.

Depending on your needs:

  • support with seasonal lettings
  • preparing the property
  • welcoming guests
  • coordinating stays
  • bespoke services and experiences
  • overseeing any necessary work
  • liaising with guests

We work under a service agreement and never handle your rental income on your behalf.

Our support is therefore clearly defined and set out in a contract.

Some services may qualify for the French SAP scheme — for French tax residents

Certain one-off services carried out on your behalf under the French Services à la Personne (SAP) scheme may, depending on your situation and the exact nature of the service, entitle you to a 50% tax credit against French income tax.

This can notably apply to certain personal household services, such as errands.

The SAP scheme doesn’t apply to our support as a whole — in particular, it doesn’t cover property management or seasonal letting support. It is only available to individuals who are tax residents in France; if you are not a French tax resident, this scheme won’t apply to you.

Support built around you

We’re not trying to sell you a catalogue of services.

What we want, first, is to understand:

your home,

your habits,

your expectations,

and what you’d like to be able to hand over.

That’s the starting point from which we build your support together.

One home. A genuine presence. A service built for you.
